During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The hotel, though well-located, felt outdated and in need of renovation, which detracted from the overall experience. In addition, the breakfast options were limited, particularly for halal choices, causing frustration. Despite reporting a clogged drain in my room, it took longer than expected for the issue to be resolved, which marred my stay.

Target audience really nice stay

The staff here were surprisingly attentive , especially in the lounge. I also loved the breakfast spread , it had a great variety from local pho to pastries.

It wasn’t cheap , but worth the cost.

my stay at renaissance was delightful. the deluxe city view room was spacious and offered a fantastic ambiance. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. i want to highlight the exceptional service from the cheerful front desk staff. they made my check-in smooth and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with our little baby. The club level service was exceptional—Mr. Sang prepared us hot chocolate when we arrived late, and Ms. Thuy offered her personal charger. It’s great having this level of care while traveling with kids.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.

The lobby is nice and inviting, but the

rooms in the hotel are a little outdated, which took away from the overall experience. The central location was fantastic, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome during my stay.

This place was just a smart choice for a break on long journey in Ho Chi Minh City with very good value for money. They even upgraded me to a river view room, which was spacious and really nice. Heads up, try the Eggs Benedict at breakfast, it's a highlight!

I stayed in a Deluxe City View Room, and the view was amazing! The room was clean, but the decor felt a bit dated. The bed was super comfortable, which was a plus for me. There were also plenty of power outlets, which I appreciate. The windows were showing age, could use some updates.
